The Practice
Five offerings, each treated as an editorial product.
We do not sell deliverables. We commission, edit, design, and ship publications — quarterly, annually, monthly, once.

Quarterly Digital Magazines
A flagship publication for your brand. Four issues a year.
A magazine is the most ambitious thing a brand can publish, and the most rewarding. We commission, edit, photograph, and design four issues a year — long-form journalism, field reporting, photo essays, dealer profiles, and the company’s thinking, made permanent. The magazine becomes the artefact your sales team carries, your investors keep on a shelf, your competitors quietly study, and your hires read before they say yes. It is the anchor of an editorial practice — every other publication takes its tone from here.
- Best for
- Agri-input companies, agri-tech platforms, cooperative banks, and export houses with a national footprint and a multi-year horizon.
- Cadence
- Annual retainer · Four issues per year

Annual Reports Reimagined
The year’s thinking, made permanent.
For most companies, the annual report is the single most important document they produce — and the one they take the least seriously as a piece of writing. We treat the report as an editorial artefact: rigorously reported, considered in design, and written so that it can actually be read. The financials remain auditable, the disclosures remain compliant, but the narrative around them is built by editors and journalists rather than by a templating tool. The result is a report that boards remember, partners forward, and the public record holds onto.
- Best for
- Listed companies, large cooperatives, and agri-tech firms preparing for institutional rounds or public scrutiny.
- Cadence
- Annual project · 14–18 weeks per cycle

Dealer & Farmer Newsletters
A monthly dispatch for the people who actually move your product.
A newsletter is the most under-used publication in agriculture. The dealer who stocks your bag, the farmer who plants your seed, the agronomist who recommends your chemistry — they all read, and almost none of them are written for. We build monthly print or digital newsletters around the rhythm of season and region: agronomic timing, market intelligence, dealer recognition, the company’s own commentary. Done consistently, a newsletter is the cheapest distribution channel a brand has, and the most loyal.
- Best for
- Companies with a dealer or extension network and a willingness to commit to monthly publishing for at least a year.
- Cadence
- Ongoing retainer · One issue per month

Brand Books
A single, authoritative volume on what the company believes.
Most companies do not need another deck. They need a book — a single volume that articulates what the company believes, how it works, why it exists, and where it is going. We write and design brand books as actual books: editorially commissioned, photographed across the company’s operations, and produced to a standard that makes them last. A brand book is what you give a new investor on day one, what you hand to a senior hire on offer, what you place on the table at a regulator’s office. It is the most permanent thing a company can publish.
- Best for
- Founders preparing for a major round, scale-up, IPO, or generational transition.
- Cadence
- One-time project · 16–22 weeks

Editorial Systems
The bureau, in-house. End-to-end editorial operations.
For companies that have decided publishing is core, we build and run the entire editorial operation. Strategy, calendar, commissioning, editing, photography, design, distribution, measurement. We work as your in-house editorial department on a long retainer — sometimes hiring against you, sometimes alongside you, always handing the institutional knowledge over as we go. By year three, most editorial-system clients have a working publishing capability of their own; we move into a quieter, advisory role.
- Best for
- Companies that have decided owned media is a strategic capability, not a marketing line item.
- Cadence
- Multi-year retainer · Year-round
